What is Stok24? How is it different from a basic POS?
Stok24 is a store operations platform — POS, inventory, repair jobs, sales documents, receivables, multi-branch, and RBAC. Not just a receipt printer app.

What is the setup fee?

Can I self-host on MAMP or a VPS?

How does Stok24 compare to ZORT / marketplace tools?
Tools like ZORT focus on marketplace orders and shipping. Stok24 focuses on in-store retail, repair centres, VAT documents, and multi-branch on your own server.
Do you support government e-Tax / e-Invoice?
Not direct Revenue Department e-Invoice — we provide shop-standard tax invoices and VAT snapshots. Full e-Tax integration is a separate project if needed.
Repairs and accounts receivable?
From Pro upward — repair workflow, AR aging, QUO/BN/INV/REC documents.
Tasks / Kanban?
In database and permissions already, but not in the main menu yet — on the roadmap; we do not market it until ready.
How secure is my data?
Granular RBAC, audit log, Telegram alerts (by plan), backup/restore — plus HTTPS and your server policies.
